hi.. m an aspiring actor and model.. 20 yrs of age nd have just completed my first movie called Diwangi ne had kar di.... I m one of the female leads in the film (there r 2 female leads in the film).... my character is that of a sweet, simple college going girl who gives up everything in life to see the love of her life happy... I have some very good performance oriented scenes in the film and a beautiful, soft duet song which is very soulful. The film is directed nd produced by jiten purohit...nd the music has been given by sandesh shandaliya.
I have been doing plays with different theater groups since the age of 15 yrs... she was with the renowned hindi theater group called "YATRI", director Om katare, for 2 yrs..where she did everything from performing on stage to backstage nd lighting..she has performed in prthivi theater, ncpa exp, mysore ass. etc. she also did a play called karna with the rang theater group which is now been performed under the yatri group.
I have done a full time course from bombay actors studio, run by mr Roshan taneja nd graduated successfully from it. I have professional training in various forms of dance- bollywood from master krishna- assistant of saroj khan, salsa from sandeep soparkar, jazz and contemporary from ashley lobo, bharatnatyam from nalanda, indian folk from iskon nd currently learning kathak from renuji. I also have training in action....from prem sharma nd rajiv sir in bollywood action and belraj soni for kalaripayattam.
I have has recently done a photoshoot for one of the young designers selected for lakme fashion week this year...
